Student Permit or TRP after Removal Order

Hi,
my son landed with us in Canada and he was 11 years old, later we received emoval order for not fulfilling residency requirements and he was 16 at the time.. We are still in appeal process but he now just turned 19. If we fail all apeals, can we apply for a Temporary Residence Permit OR Study Permit for him...?? will he be denied any of those due to removal order ? Even though he was minor through all the process...??

1. If your removal order turns into a deportation order, he would require an ARC (Authorization to Return to Canada) before he could apply for a study permit.
2. The chances of receiving a SA are probably close to nil.
3. The same chances are if you removal order is a departure notice, the SA would be difficult as the refugee claim indicated that he wished to remain permanently.
