Student or PR ?

Hi All,

I have 10 years of experience in Human Resource in India. Have given ielts twice scores are mentioned below
L - 7.5
R - 8.5
W - 6.5
S - 7

I have applied for enquiry on result for writing, hope to see changes there. Plus after changing the writing my score will come to 439, which seem less again.
nevertheless, my question was can we apply for student visa in canada at the age of 31 and try to apply for PR from there ?? Please support and reply, need to get some clarity.

Yes you can apply for a student visa but your choice of degree and your decision to study at this point in your life needs to make sense. Families are not guaranteed a visa to accompany a student so that should factor in your decision. Cross your fingers that your writing gets reassessed.
