Student Fees after PR?

Hello All,

Since finding work in Canada is a bit tough at the moment I was wondering what fees universities would charge for those granted PR and wish to continue their education?

Would we pay domestic (Canadian Citizen/ PR) fees ? Or do we have to live in Canada for a certain number of years before we are allowed to do that?

If you are a PR, you pay Canadian fees. My partner is looking forward to that!
