Student fee payment before visa issue?

no there's no agent involved here. i applied online over the website and paid registration fee. after 2 weeks of wait they asked me to contact their representatives in pakistan. when i contacted them they asked me to pay half of $28000 upfront......

did they contact u through email? i applied to windsor too i have not got any such request.....what does ur online status say?

my online status says, the details is being tranferred to university. in relation to contacting university, i did send an email to the university and they replied and asked me to contact these people in pakistan. it clearly means they know very well what their rep are doing and probably happy with it.....
