student and work permit

Hello everyone,
my oncle and his wife want to apply for a student and work visa for both of them, they will have their first baby in the next month, i was wondering what can they do for the child, does him need a tourist visa or something like that? if yes, could them apply for tourist visa for their son like the others tourist visa or how?
i really need your help please.

Would worry about being approved for a student permit and SOWP (which is not guaranteed for spouses of international students). Those are the huge challenges.
