Student acknowledgement letter

I submit my application (offline) at vfs Chandigarh on 26 March 19 and it was received by ircc on 27 March 19 after that I receive student acknowledgement letter on 9 April 19 till that no update except med pass . Background checking is under process eligibility review not started. Please tell me about how many days it will another take for decision.
