Stuck on "In-progress" state on Express Entry Form - Help!

Hey everyone,

I just got invited today for express entry application. But I am running into a snag with my Express Entry form – the 'Contact Details' and 'Personal History' sections just won't complete, always showing 'In Progress'. Specifically, the 'Address History' part under 'Contact Details' and the 'Personal Activities' part under 'Personal History' are stuck in an 'In Progress' state. This issue persists no matter how many times I fill in the details or try different browsers/devices. Already shot a ticket to tech support, but no luck yet (screenshot attached).

Anyone else had this? How'd you fix it? Really don't want this to mess up my application timeline.

Note: I have seen few similar posts here, but that was specific to some other portion of form stuck in progress for a large group of people and was deemed a tech problem which got resolved. Not sure if this is the same, just starting one here in case.
