Stuck in online wizard of the my cic

I'm trying to submit online application for work permit through my cic website and it hurts!
I've uploaded all required docs and paid a fee but cant see the way how to submit my application.
There is no "next" button in the wizard which is weird. I've tried their support but they are promising to answer within a month :eek:


Please help!

I've ended up sending docs by regular mail, but eventually they responded to me with the following:

Dear Client,
Thank you for contacting the Citizenship and Immigration Canada Call Centre's e-Services Unit.
The situation you described is caused by not having attached all required documents. When documents appear as Not Provided, you cannot continue with the application.
If you do not wish to provide any optional documents, you must click on Remove document. That button is located in the Options column.
Sincerely, bla bla
