Struggling about "Proof of Fund" :( :(

I'm applying from outside Canada with no job offer. If everything goes smoothly, I am planning to land in Canada April 2018.

Right now, initially, I only have a small amount in total assets. and I'm struggling a lot to secure the rest of the required fund ~$12,000 for my future move. I understand that full money or the proof of fund: 12k has to be ready at the time of PR application. Also, it must be my own, and not given by someone else.. Which actually makes it more difficult!

If I get ITA in the next draw or maybe in August the latest, I will probably have 60 days to submit my PR application and pay application fees, medical fees, police clearance fees, along with providing bank statement showing proof of ~$12,000 cash in my account. Unfortunately, In my situation, by that time I get ITA, I would STILL not able to provide $12,000 straight, because I can only afford to save $300 a month in worst case scenario (I'm already living below poverty cutoff salary and I don't live in my home country).

As you can see, there is a huge time gap between the time you submit your PR application and the time you actually land in Canada for the first time. In 6 - 8 months, you will sure get more money coming either by salary saving or from tax return.

Is there a way I can convince the CIC officer that I will have the money ready the time I land?

please help im in serious struggle!! Thank you for your attention

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
No, unfortunately you have to show that you have the settlement funds when submitting your eAPR.

Also, you have 90 days to submit your application not 60.

Finally, you can get the money in the form of a gift from a family member.

The whole point of having the $12,300 is for settlement funds. It's what cic calculate will be the bare minimum needed for someone to survive a year without work if necessary, so you don't try and claim support from the government. You have to demonstrate you have this money when you submit your application. Without it, you are not eligible to immigrate.
