Strong ties with home country

Hi, is it good to write in sop that after completion of the program in Canada. I will be highly prefered by the Indian employers or shall i show a property of my parents which is approved by the government for the layout where a row houses and a convention center , fitness center , shopping complex, apartments are to be constructed and say that after completion of my program i will be a construction project manager of that layout plan ..and I am civil student

My suggestion is to write about other employers and use the parents property as future plan + direct tie to home country (...My immediate plan is to come back and to do job in xyz company. I also need to come back to take care of my parents property where huge construction work is being planned in next few years, documents attached. I am planning to look over the family project as CPM in long run)
