Hello,
I've been an international student here (Montreal) since 2010 - I completed a two-year Master's program, and am in the middle of a one-year graduate diploma program. If I apply for PR under the Quebec Experience Program, will they count all three years, or my first two years for education qualification? I know that you can't apply for PR if you've done a one-year diploma program, but with the 2-year M.A program, what is likely to happen?
Has anyone ever been in this situation?
(It's really complicated, but the reason I applied for the diploma program is because my family & I have already applied for PR under investors class, but because I was above 18 when we applied, I now need to stay in school for me to stay on their file. But at this point, I'm sick of it and want to apply independently.)
Any advice you have would be great. I know I need to contact Quebec immigration - I will do so tomorrow, but in the meantime, I think I will go out of my mind worrying about this.
Thanks.
