Hi, this is what happened

I arrived in Canada from Korea under a student visa which expired on Jan 1 2010.

At this point i renewed the visa for 3 month until March 30th 2010 but it changed to a single entry Visitor VISA. (i'm not sure why this happened, i just know this because i got this visa in my mail)

I now want to renew again until May 30th 2010 but as a multiple entry visa because i want to visit cuba. I can't re enter if i just renew this single entry visa.

Can anyone advise please.

Thanks

As a Korean (South) you don't require a TRV to enter Canada. So you got an extension as a visitor, which states "does not authorize re-entry" As you don't require a visa, you can visit Cuba and return to Canada and be admitted as a visitor again if you meet the requirements.
