the safest mode of payment is Bank draft....... you have to pay CAD$250 which is apprx. PKR 21000+ 3000 commission......
Make demand draft from AA Exchange company or Malik exchange Limited......
By Giving photocopy of NICN and ur mode of payment form
1-3 days, u will receive ur demand draft...
Note: Payee is STOUFFVILLE COLLEGE
After that, TCS the college ur
filled registration form (keep one copy for record for embassy ),
all photocopies of certificates, degrees, ielts 5.0 ,
1 passport size photo,
1 photocopy of passport biodata page,
submite study plan for scholarship by filled scholarship form(if applicable)
with demand draft of registration fee (keep one copy of registration for embassy )........
Don't pay curier charges of $65..... e-mail them and say that send me
Verification form..... fill it and select,
"LOCAL POST"
u will receive ur acceptance, visa letter and estimated expenses letter of $8500 per year in 14-20 days
if u pay the charges of $65..... u will receive ur docs in 12 days+
BTW, i receive my acceptance letter in just 14 days........
One advice, pay also $100 for accomodation(if applicable) by filling the form and also TCS it......... right know u make the demand draft of 250+100=$350

may @ stouffvillecollege.ca that i pay $350 for my registration and hostel fee
it will show ur all family member are not ties in CANADA and VISA Officer is satified from ur case.................. (main reason of refusal most of student don't pay it in advance)

send u some useful information regarding study plan, cover letter..........etc
