Can some body help me out in this? I applied in august 2008, under NOC 2281, as of now, case status is : Application received........your case has been sent to the Nova Scotia,...bla...bla...bla..

It is really very frustrating. can some body help me?

Why be anxious as NOC 2281 doesn't qualify unless you had an AEO or were working in Canada. You should be getting a refusal and a refund.

That I know, but would like to know when actually I got my refusal and refund so that I could think about another option.
