still waiting for landing CIC etobicoke

Hello everyone, i am just wondering when is a reasonable time to receive the landing letter? we got dm on march 25th and still haven't heard anything back from etobicoke office, I have called cic and the agent told me to wait for 2 month..

My office is Montreal not Etobicoke but I am waiting for landing letter since March, 25 as well.
CIC agente told me yesterday to wait till July, 4th..

And..after that...let's wait for more 80 days to have our PR card.
What boring CIC!!!

What's a landing letter ? Is entering the country not the same as landing ?
