I received my eCOPR on May 16th 2025. I applied via the PR portal.
I still haven't received my first PR card.
I moved house on June 23rd. I tried going to the IRCC portal to change my address but it said it didn't recognize my account or application number in order to proceed to changing my address. When I call the IRCC helpline, I get a message saying there are too many calls at the moment.
I sent a message in the webform over a week ago and asked them to please contact me once they confirmed the address change, but I haven't heard anything, and am not confident that they would contact me anyway.
Can someone please help? I need to travel in October and am worried I won't get the first card because they will send to my previous apartment and it will get lost, and then I'll have to apply for a lost card and it won't arrive in time. Many thanks!
