In my email dated May 9 2012, i was advised that the refund cheque would be sent out within 8 to 12 weeks...it's now 14 weeks and i'm still waiting!
I telephoned 1-888-242-2100 and was bounced between a couple of agents for 20 minutes. I was then asked for my email address, and was informed that an email would be sent immediately to me with an email address to contact. What i received, was a link to the CIC Case Processing Centre mailing address at Sydney, with no email address! What a waste of time!
Is there not an email address i can send my concern?
