A friend of mine studied Grade 8 & 9 in Canada in 2016 - 2017. However, when she applied for a study permit extension, her agency didn't include the custodian form in the application.
Thus, the application was refused. Long story short, she was young and didn't understand immigration matter well. She stayed in Canada for 6 months without any legal status as she was trying to re-apply for the SP extension.
She received the letter asking her to leave Canada immediately in July 2018.
She is now in her home country and studying Grade 11. She still wishes to study in Canada again. Is there a chance for her?
