still confused abt crs pls help with expert opinion

well i read today ministerial instructions regarding crs and it says choose noc that corresponds to your occupations. i have noc 4112 2 yr exp and 4221 also 2 yr exp.if i choose any noc as primary noc i will have 2 yr exp but without 3 year exp i will get 25 pts with clb 9

as far as I remember there is no rule requesting you to have 3 years of work experience from the same NOC. Just to have 3 years of work experience of 0, A, B type
