Steps to do after getting rejection in CEC category

Hello,

I have applied under CEC category, my work experience is 11 months thats why I presume there are higher chances of it getting rejected.My work permit expires in Feb 2017.I have applied for Bridge open work permit and awaiting for it and I currently do not have a job.

I want to know:
1) Do i have to immediately leave the country on receiving a rejection?
2) When do I start reapplying?
3)Any other alternatives to stay in the country longer and working ?
4)Any member who has got their PR AND had a work ex lesser than 12 months?

I would really appreciate responses to my questions and it would help immensely.

1) Do i have to immediately leave the country on receiving a rejection? No, you have 90 days to restore your status, you can stay on a visitor visa if you can show a strong reason for it.
2) When do I start reapplying?reapplying for what?
3)Any other alternatives to stay in the country longer and working ?Get an employer sponsored visa
4)Any member who has got their PR AND had a work ex lesser than 12 months?Even if anybody got it, that is a mistake. You shouldn't rely on that.

I would really appreciate responses to my questions and it would help immensely.

In my 2)question I meant Can I re-apply for Express Entry again within those 90 days when I am on (visitor visa) post rejection.

You can apply again if you get a new ITA.
