My situation is a bit confusing here. I had received the 'information letter' requesting to send the passports for visa. At the time of application, my spouse, my daughter and I were in Qatar. However, after application, my daughter and I moved back home to India and my husband is still in Qatar. I received this letter to submit our passports to VFS in Qatar. therefore I wrote to them stating about the change in address. after 10 days, I received another letter stating to submit my passport to VFS India. The letter does not mention anything about my husband or daughter (dependent applicants). Considering i will be submitting my daughter's passport along with mine here in India, Can my husband submit his passport in VFS Qatar? will the VFS Qatar accept his passport? or will he need any letter/form confirming that he's my dependent
