Steps after PPR in India

hi all, my parent's visitor visa is approved and they got the PPR. I am confused about the next steps

1- Courier option, What are the charges for it?
2- They are in Chandigarh. Can they book appointment and go to give passport in person? In this case, do they have to go to collect the passport too? what are the charges.
