Please let me know the next steps to apply after a citizenship oath ceremony.

Like..

Apply for a Citizenship certificate...
Apply for a Canadian passport...
etc...

Please list all the next activities so that I do not miss the steps to holding all documents related to Citizenship.

Please let me know if my cousin, who entered/migrated to Canada in Jan 2021 as a Permanent resident can sign the form as a gurantor?

You only need to apply for the passport. The citizenship certificate will arrive after the oath.

When you have the certificate, you can activate your Canoo membership to give you free tickets for 1-year to certain museums, parks, attractions, etc.

No. The guarantor needs to be a Canadian citizen over 18 years of age with a passport. Someone who migrated as a PR in January 2021 cannot be a citizen by October 2021.
