Step Wise Procedure to apply for ECA-WES

Hello All,

I am applying for ECA through WES. I have completed Btech(Computers) through a college affiliated to JNTU hyderabad.

I have gathered all the year wise transcripts and consolidated marksheet and provisional certificate transcripts.

First i have payed the money through online to WES for "FSWP Credential Assessment Application" with deliver option "Delivery Option:International Overnight"

I have couple of questions to ask here:

1) Is it mandatory to attest the photocopy of marksheet transcripts with registrar/COE ?
2) While sealing the envelop, what are the documents i need to keep it inside?
3) What about "Academic Records Request Form ", should this also to be attested along with photocopy of transcript?
4) What is meant by "Delivery Option:International Overnight", do i get the ECA report in courier to myhometown?
5) Seal the envelop means, i can use glue or do i need to use wax or something? i know its a dumb question but its a valuable doubt for me

ATTESTED MARKSHEETS-DEGREE CERTIFICATE-RECORDS REQUEST FORM SIGNED BY COE.
3) What about "Academic Records Request Form ", should this also to be attested along with photocopy of transcript?
SHOW THIS FORM TO COE HE WILL SIGN THIS.
4) What is meant by "Delivery Option:International Overnight", do i get the ECA report in courier to myhometown? - WES REPORT WILL BE COURIERED TO THE ADDRESS YOU MENTION IN YOUR WES ACCOUNT.
5) Seal the envelop means, i can use glue or do i need to use wax or something? i know its a dumb question but its a valuable doubt for me
TRY TO GET ALL ABOVE DOCS IN UNIVERSTY ENVELOPE.
THEN PUT THIS ENVELOPE & WES PAYMENT RECIEPT IN A NEW ENVELOPE.
SEND THE NEW ENVELOP TO WES.
