Step children details in IMM5707 for Spousal Open Work Permit

Hello, I am applying for Spouse Open Work Permit
my second wife is studying in Canada And I have divorced my first wife.
Can I add details of the child from the ex-wife? They currently don’t stay with me and I don’t have their legal guardianship.
But I want to add the children's details so I can sponsor them later.
Would this have any impact on my application in terms of approval or rejection if I add details of my child or not

So you have adopted the step children? Don’t think you cannot sponsor them as they would be included if you were still married to your first wife.
