I am filling in the forms to apply for permanent residence after receiving the csq, I am not sure what to do for the 'Generic application form for Canada' in the case of a step child. The issue is my husband does not have any contact at all with the child since his birth. The ex-wife has full custody (no contact with her either) but my husband pays alimony via his parents (who know only the bank account details and have no contact as well) Hence he does not have any birth certificate of the child, no known address, no photographs etc, he knows nothing about him except his name and his date of birth. In that case, what should I do as the main applicant? Do I have to include the step child in that form at all?
