I applied through New Delhi office,submitted my full documents in Sept 2010 and waiting for my second AOR..but i am working in another country(for the last two years and still working)would this can cause further delay in processing?Any one passing through similar experience please response....

The only "delay" it will cause is that they may do security check in two countries but that would happen whether you are in India or in the other country. Also postal times are obviously longer from Delhi to another country. That should be it from my understanding.
