Hello everyone,
I have a PGWP that expired in October 2024.
What can i do to continue stay in Canada?
Please advice me.
I got a job as as qualified worker on april 2024 in the same company. I reside in Montreal, Quebec since 2018 till now. Since April 2022, I have a permanent full time job.
I studied an 'Attestion Etude Collegiale' here which is not considered as graduate anymore.
Please advice me.

Thanks,
Nitish N.

Have your employer obtain an approved LMIA and switch to a closed work permit. You should also look into applying for PR.

[/QUOTE: Hi Scylla. Thanks for replying me. Concerning the LMIA, I had never heard about this from the company and also even the company had never mentioned this to me till now. I had already ask the company about the LMIA and am still waiting for their reply. Can you please advice me what to do or what I need to ask. Kindly note that I was in Montreal, Quebec with my PGWP when I applied for the job in April 2022 and am still working. Thanks a lot. ]
