Hi I'm foreign worker And I was staying Canada as working holiday visa but when we tried LMIA by ourselves My boss rejected business approval from government and after we tried again Eventually we got approval letter.
But with my working holiday visa , I got only 2 weeks can stay Canada After discussing with BC province They suggested us IMM 5710 which is extend visa
Still we're waiting for LMIA And Recently New visa released for Koreans I applied Young professional visa just in case and I got invitation today. But I'm little a bit afraid If there's any problem with this situation
I'd like to hear any advices for me
