Stay in canada in Visitor Visa during PR Processing.

Hi .. Pls clarify the below queries. Thanks in advance.

We are Planning to apply PR (Outland) to me after our marriage(Apr-May2010).

My fiance is a canadian PR.I am currently employed in my home country India.
Can i apply for visitor visa before my marriage(i.e before Apr2010) so that i could be able to fly to canada along with my canadian PR husband after our marriage?? Is this advisable??

I want my visitor visa start date to be after my marriage probably by last week of May2010.Is there any provision applicable to get this done??

Is that any delay happens in PR processing (Outland) if i stay with my husband in Visitors visa during PR processing??

Is there any dependency between these two visas?? i.e delay in PR processing due to my stay in canada in visitor visa.

your visitor visa will not have any effect on your PR application. the main concern can be that they can refuse you one (visitor visa) knowing your relationship with Canadian PR.

You can definitely be visiting in Canada during the processing of your PR application, but applying for a PR will not necessarily make it easier to get a visiting visa. The PR processing will not in any way be delayed by you being in Canada as long as you're in the country legally.

I'm sorry, but the highlighted paragraph makes no sense.

Regarding the other questions:
Every time you cross the border it's up to the immigration officer you encounter whether you're let back in or not.

There should be no fuss about the visitor visa as long as you don't overstay your visa or hide the fact that you're in Canada during your the processing of your application.

If you omit information or deliberately lie that is misrepresentation, and it can result not only in a TRV denial but can also cause problems with your PR application.

you can, but it doesn't mean that even putting it that way, you will have your visitor's visa approved,
