In my case, I have been refused study permit when I was applying for it the very first time back in 2010.

I am kind of confused about how to answer questions in Statutory questions and Schedule A 5669e.

1. Has xxx been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country? No

2. Has xxx ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country? Yes

This is how I answered in statutory questions section and I have provided explanation on why I was refused.
Now I am filling Schedule A 5669e form, there are two very similar questions in 4)

d). been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country? NO??

e). been refused admission to, or ordered to leave Canada or any other country? NO?

Can anyone tell me how should I answer those 2 questions in 5669e? both No?
But if i answer both No to those 2 questions, I cannot explain the details in 5669e form although I have explained in both LOE and statutory questions section.
