Hi I have got nomination from SINP now I am apply for PR. After lots of research I am still confused because in SINP Federal Forms of Schedule A Background Check I have mentioned No to both questions below but now I recalled that my wife UK visit visa was rejected in 2012.

6. Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada, ever:

e) been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country?

I said "No"

and now in PR Application

have ABC been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

I said "No"

Although I haven't uploaded forms, can I change it to YES in my spouse section in eAPR. Please let me know procedure. Also I don't remember if there any such questions while making CIC profile ? If they were I would have done "NO" their as well. How to fix ?

Please advice.

All profiles are editable until you get your ITA. At ITA, your profiles are locked and you cannot make changes to core answers. Change the answers if possible. be honest with IRCC. Thats the only virtue which will pay u in the long run.

I have received ITA and now I have filled PR Application. The only chance I have is to say YES in PR Application. But please let me know which questions should I say YES

Has xyz been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

e) been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country?

I have received ITA and now filling PR Application. Please guide how to respond these two questions.
