I was convicted for a traffic offence (Ontario MV act - driving in contravention of restrictions) in Ontario and paid the fine.
Do I have to answer yes to the statutory question -
Has <Name> been convicted of a crime or offence in Canada for which a pardon has not been granted under the Criminal Records Act of Canada?
It does say, "offence" which concerns me.
