I am in IP1 (AOR July 29). I need to raise a CSE to update my accompanying spouse's passport. I came across that in statutory questions there were two questions:
4. Has<applicant> been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
5. Has <applicant> ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
As we had UK tourist visa refusals we answered yes in the second question and explained in LOE. But we missed the visitor part in the 1st question and answered NO. As tourist visa fall across visitor category, should i mention my mistake in CSE? Please provide us with your thoughtful insights.
