i mistakenly answered no to PNP refusal question although I got refused before. My app is in progress. Should I let it going as it is or should I do something?

immediately send the correct information explaining it was a genuine mistake. if they know about it, they might assume you intentionally withheld the information and that's not something you want

Similar situation here, but i am already nominated (SINP) and I have checked NO to a visa refusal in my sched A (honest mistake)

I'm about to submit my ITA soon, this time answering YES.
