Hi there
I am a carrier of hepatits B since I've been 4 yeras old. While I was starting to work in one of the Middle East countries I was asked to leave that countries after medical check, I was ordered to leave it because of this disease. Then I figure out that if you don't work as doctor, chief, or in beauty saloons - it's OK to get work visa there, it was too late but, Anyway I had this order, in addition to that at customs at the very the 1st page, next page where the picture is, they stamped "Deport" (the same stamp for everybody but mine was at front page).
Now, I am bit confused... If for question "Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?"
I choose "yes", would not I have much trouble with getting PR, and actually I did not break any law, I just did not pass medical check
I choose "no" would not it been as misperception or cheating. What does this stamp mean on a front page?
