Statutory Question Doubt in eAPR

There is question regarding health.

If applicant had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder?

I am struggling to decide what do you consider as serious disease ??

I had Benign Tumor (Fibrous Dysplasia) which had been treated surgically recently. This condition was actually found out in my previous medical assessment for express entry and following surgery my Medical deemed as passed, however that application got refused for other reasons and now I am filing new eAPR.

Now I have question on what to answer for above question? I don't think this condition is serious as it was already treated, and I am confused like If I mention yes what if they reject my application straight away.

please suggest any opinion you guys might have.

What if they reject my application straight away?
The application can't be rejected straight away due to a medical reason. The IRCC officer is obliged to give the applicant a chance to respond first if he/she feels that you may be inadmissible due to a medical condition.
That said and given that you already had the surgery and passed medicals in the past, you are safe to choose 'Yes' and provide more explanation in the LOE and you will be fine. Good Luck!
