Hi
I'm just in the process of applying for my Permanent Residence common law class and part of the process is to get family and friends to give a statutory declaration stating that our relationship is genuine.
Is a form they can fill out (as there is in Australia) or will a letter do and do they then need to get the letter verified by the commissioners of oath?????
Thanks
