Hello,

I have just applied for PR and I am applying for an OWP. On the checklist is asks for:

Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union(IMM5409), if applicable.

Do I need to provide this ?

If you are married, no. If you are common-law, then it is still not required, but many visa officers ask for it later, so IMO it is better to send it in with the application.
