Hi there,

Do I have to fill it out even if my spouse is Canadian? I feel it does not make sense to provide proof of a common-law relationship since he is not sponsoring me and will not accompany me in Canada ( As I said He is Canadian and live in Canada) . what do you guys think? any similar situation? what to do?
