I'm in process of preparing documents for Permanent residence under PNP.
It's required that we fill the document: imm5409e "Statutory declaration of common-law union"
The problem is that this document is in english, no notary public will sign it since I live in Italy and the only official language is Italian AND the concept of "common law union" doesn't exist.
What are my options? Who should sign it? On the checklist is marked as required, but I can't literally complete it.
We have a statutory declaration that says we live together since 2011, we want to send this document instead, with all documentation that can prove it.
Our plan is filling everything possible about the document, put N/A in the "notary public" section, attach a document where I say no one can sign it, and attach our statutory declaration.
Opinions?
