Statutory Declaration Common Law Union 2 questions

We still haven't done our Statuary Declaration of Common law union. We are both in Philippines

1. At the top it says Country (IF APPLICABLE) and Prov./ State/Territory
What do we enter here? N/A? or Philippines

2. In the "number of years" yrs. you have been in common law relationship, it will be about 16 months. How do we enter that? it says "yrs"

I would put the Philippines. For the number of years, does it let you enter 1.5? If not, put 'one'. They will see how long it has been from the dates below.

ok thank you, will do that but still there is one question that I hear different answer for Who is the declarant? Some say the sponsor some same the applicant. What i know is at CIC this form is listed under the forms for SPONSOR, not for applicant/immigrant.

It doesn't really matter who the declarant is, so feel free to list the sponsor.

And...when you say that you have been common-law for 16 months, does that really mean that you've been living together for 28 months?
