status saying we started processing but its not saying we have recieved medical. what is that mean they recieved medical or not.

I only had two status updated in E-CASE, one is "we received your application on .....", another is "Your medical report has been received". Nothing stated "we started processing". I guess they just update E-CAS randomly. You will hear them if they need something from you. Good luck!`
