Hi,

In the old system PR processing timeline is too long and varies depending the case and visa offices.
You mentioned that you had applied in 2006. In order to get at least an opinion you should provide few more details such as your AOR, any additional document submission etc.. etc. Just show in brief, if there is any more feed back.
