Do you see that under Sponsorship part, or under PR part?

If under sponsorship part, you might have received an email. If you did - then that's it, it's the letter they are talking about.
If you didn't get an email, you can call CIC and ask over the phone, they should be able to tell you if you have been approved.

If it's under PR: if you're from a visa-exempt country and staying in Canada currently waiting for the COPR to arrive, give it a few more days.
If you're not from a visa-exempt country, did you get a passport request before?
