Status - withdrawn?

Hi,

I received a recommendation letter from Canada for further assessment dated April 3 and I need to submit requirements to Buffalo Visa office within 120 days.

I was wondering because I tried to check my application status online and check if my file # (written in the recommendation letter) is working.

Here what it says: Status Withdrawn.

Details:

We started processing your application on March 26, 2009.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

What does this mean? Why withdrawn?

It is the same for everyone who applied there. Do not worry about it and put your attention on your documents and time frame to submit them.

No. "withdrawn" in Ecas status after CIO's approval means nothing for the applicant
