status updates,Q for those who got a test date ??

Hi,
Are status updates like test date and RQ visible online first or reach to you by post first ?? I mean i ll be able to know through my application status online that I am getting a test date or I ll receive the letter first and then it ll be seen on my application status online ????

Online status updates first. You'll get the letter 2-3 weeks later through snail mail...
It's advised to check online status frequently to avoid missing test date because of lost letter or address changes.
