Status update after submitting additional documents. IP1 or IP2

Hello everyone,

I was requested police clearance letter on January 20th and I submitted the documents on the 9th of February. After I uploaded the doc my review of additional docs status was: The documents you provided are being reviewed. The status has not changed to ''We do not need additional documents''.

I never saw my Background status changing to NA. Please advise if this is IP1 or IP2??

Hi,

I came across your post and as answer to your question; you can find out which IP you are at by checking the BG (Background) message. If it says "Your application is in progress" then you're IP1 if it says "We are processing your background check" then you are IP2

My question to you is when did the status of Additional Docs changed from "The documents you provided are being uploaded" to "The documents you provided are being reviewed"

I was requested PCC on the 28th of March and submitted the document on the 5th of April and mine still says that "The documents you provided are being uploaded"

Thanks for the post. I've already got my PR Now. The status changed to documents are being reviewed to no documents needed in 2 weeks and then changed again to documents being reviewed in IP2 stage. And at the final stage it changed to not applicable. Thanks

Congrats on your PR.
My original questions was IRCC requested ADR on the 28th of March, the request letter stated as below
"Please upload these documents to your MyCIC account by 2018/05/28"

I have uploaded the requested ADR (which was PCC) on the 5th of April and ADR status says document has been uploaded. I have not seen any change in my application profile status since then.

Do you know if IRCC are still reviewing my application or will they wait until 28th of May deadline as stated on the ADR request letter to actually come back to review my application?
Was your application reviewed prior the ADR submission deadline?

Thank you. You should call cic and check with them coz its been almost a month now since you uploaded the documents. My status changed to additional documents received in one week after uploading documents and I called them to double check if they received all the documents they wanted. You should call cic before the deadline.

I did contact IRCC over the phone but the Help Center Agent/Officer sees only what I see, so he wasn't be able to provide any additional information

Maybe try again and probably another agent might be able to help you coz when I called the agent told me the police certificate was received and was assessed by the visa officer. He also told me which stage of

Congrats on ur ppr. I almost have the same question. I was asked for ADR while I was at IP2. I did upload the ADRs 4 days ago and my status still says we dont need additional docs. I did call IRCC they told me that my application passed medical,eligibility and criminality.only security check is left. I asked about the ADR. They told me as long as it says file is uploaded then i just have to wait. Any advice?

I also called to confirm if theyve received my Police clearance letter and they advised that they did after that i got PPR in a few weeks.You will get your PR in the next one month max. Call them to confirm theyve received requested document. Good luck.

Sometimes the additional documents status doesnt change. In my case my additional documents status changed from time to time between the stages and nothing else changed. Keep an eye on all the sections as any change in either of the section will reflect processing your application to the next stage.

I had an ADR related to newborn. I uploaded the documents of newborn along with medical, 15 days back. Medical shows as passed. But Its still showing - We are reviewing the additional documents you provided and in Ip1, BG not started. Any suggestions on what to do from here..My AoR is May 30/ 2018.

So does that mean they keep processing the application even though they have asked for ADR as in your case an important one - Police clearance??
