Oh well!!, the answer came too soon, nothing, nothing, nothing. Nothing new. Same as before, "we received your application on .../..../....2008). As if changing the status will take a whole month for them to update :mad:. It is only a matter of minutes.
What about you guys ?Any updates?

I have stopped checking the ecas.. last was spetmeber...

anyways.. the normal processing times for FSW cases from Buffalo has gone up from 24 to 26 months for 80% of cases..

That is a good progress in the wrong direction....

I see that Green Card and PR will be eventually be same for all buffalo bound folks

I saw Minister Kenny in an interview two days ago on the TV, and again he mentioned that the aim is to finish processing the applications in a period of 6 months to one year. But , we do not see that in reality. It is almost two years now since I filed my application, and still it is not finalized though I am in Canada as international student and my NOC on the list with 5 years experience.. It makes no sense.
