Status request form says PPR was emailed but nothing was emailed...HELP!!!

Online status shows "Medical results received" in mid December. While we were waiting for PPR, we requested status update form in January 2014. They mailed the form showing the LA office emailed PPR in November 2013...No email was received about submitting the passport to them and online status was updated to Med results received in mid -December.

Please help if anyone had a similar situation. It sounds like they forgot to email us?? What are we supposed to do if indeed they wanted PPR as the deadline has already passed. Thank you!

donot worry the deadline should match urs medical exp date..check that first

but we do not have any email for instructions what documents besides passport to send and the status update form sent via mail shows deadline January 7.
